At Internaka, we aim to ensure a smooth and trustworthy environment for both brands and influencers. Our refund policy is structured to protect all parties while maintaining platform integrity.
You may request a refund only if:
The project or campaign has not yet started, and
No deliverables, communication, or onboarding have been initiated between the brand and influencer.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
The project has already started.
The influencer has been confirmed and communication or content delivery has begun.
Campaign delay or dissatisfaction due to lack of communication from either party.
If services were used or partially delivered, even if not completed.
To initiate a refund request:

Your registered email address
Campaign name or ID
Reason for requesting a refund
Our team will verify the campaign status and confirm whether it qualifies for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Internaka’s platform service fee is non-refundable, unless there is a verified technical error on our end that prevented the transaction or campaign from being initiated.
In the case of any disagreement between the brand and influencer:
Internaka may act as a neutral party and review the case.
Our decision on refunds or platform resolution will be final.
